  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 12, 2017, sent to the company Oct 13, 2017, published by CPSC Oct 27, 2017

The product, in the report: Manufacturer: Ecovacs Robotics, Inc. 487 Bryant Street, 1st Floor San Francisco, CA 94107 Product: Winbot W730 Description: Automatic robotic window cleaner

The product is an automatic window cleaner that I got as a gift; manufacturer is Ecovac robotics and the product is Winbot W730. I used the product exactly as in the instruction manual; about 30 seconds after the robot started the cleaning cycle the window cracked the robot was secured with the security string but window pieces fell from the second floor into my backyard. This product possesses a sever high risk, someone will get hurt with broken glass. I contacted the company and they took 5 days to respond and told me that they would not cover the window. I am in the process to file a lawsuit in my local small claims court.
