The product, in the report: PowerSmith PAVC101 10 Amp Ash Vacuum,Green / Black. Specifically designed to clean warm and cool ash out of fireplaces, wood stoves, pellet stoves, and barbeque grills
My ash vac plug neutral prong, became disengaged from the PLUG, when I went to unplug the vacuum. The neutral prong was sticking out of the outlet socket, which I removed carefully. In my 71 years, I have never seen a plug do this. This problem is very dangerous.
