The product, in the report: Electric Vacuum Cleaner 220V 1200W High-power Bucket Dry Wet Blow Vacuum Cleaner Dusting Machine Household Crevice Cleaners 15L
I purchased an Electric Vacuum Cleaner 220V 1200W High-power Bucket Dry Wet Blow Vacuum Cleaner Dusting Machine Household Crevice Cleaners 15L (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256807399560796.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.4.1ab01802hDEykM&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa) on Jan 2, 2025 (order number [REDACTED]). It was delivered sometime around Feb 5, 2025. I used the vacuum three times over the next four months through Jun 4, 2025 (used on a boat with 220V plugs as the vacuum is for 220V). On the third time on Jun 4, 2025, immediately after plugging in the vacuum (which was turned off) into the plug, smoke started coming out of the power switch area. I immediately unplugged the vacuum and felt the power switch which was very hot. I contacted the company on Jun 4, 2025 requesting a replacement top (that contains the power components) - not a refund - and received the following message on Jun 5, 2025:
