The product, in the report: Joy Mangano’s Super Chic upright vacuum Model: WE-807-1000
I purchased a vacuum cleaner from HSN in May 2016 by Joy Mangano called Super Chic upright vacuum. This product overheats after a few minutes. I have read other complaints about this and also that there was an outlet fire caused by the overheating. This product should be recalled and the consumer should be refunded the purchase price. I will not use this because of the overheating but cannot return it as the 30 days has passed.
