  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 6, 2026, sent to the company Jan 8, 2026, published by CPSC Jan 23, 2026

The product, in the report: The vacuum company is inse, and the model is S620. The color of the vacuum is orange and black with a clear canister and a metal color wand. The size is 27.17 in (length) 5.43 in (width) 11.22 in (height) approximately, and the weight is 9.48 lb approximately.

The product that was being used is a inse S620 cordless vacuum cleaner. The thing that happened that caused the report is that the vacuum cleaner is shocking me. The product was being used as normal, and it will shock through the handle when turned on; it also will shock things through the wand attachment as well. When it is off, and you pull the battery out, the battery shocks you as well. The injuries that could happen is it could shock someone, as it shocked me many times, and has even caused my arm to go numb for a short period of time, or start a fire from the wand or battery shocking something. The injuries would occur through the wand, handle, and battery.
