The product, in the report: Holikme dryer vent cleaner hose attaches to vacuum cleaner
(09/11/2021) The consumer stated that the product emitted a loud high pitch whistle noise when it was used. It caused her ears to ring which required her to seek medical attention (tinnitus).
The consumer stated that she contacted the place of purchase on 9/14 and was advised that they would remove the product from their website. The consumer contacted them again on 9/28 when she saw that the product was still on the site. The consumer was offered a refund and was advised that the issue would be investigated by their Product Safety Team.
