The product, in the report: Usb charging cord that came in with a portable vaccum I bought through Amazon.
I was cleaning and picked up the cushion from my chair my toddler removed and found a burnt hole. It was sitting on top of a USB charging cord that was part of a portable vaccum I bought on Amazon. Luckily I caught it in time. It burnt through my carpet at well.
