No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 22, 2025, sent to the company Aug 29, 2025, published by CPSC Sep 15, 2025
The product, in the report: The product is a Eufy 11S MAX, Super Thin robotic vacuum cleaner (model #T2126114). It is black and the dimensions are: 12.79”L x 12.79”W x 2.85”H. We purchased the vacuum on Amazon.com on June 11, 2023.
Today our Eufy 11S MAX robotic vacuum cleaner exploded into a cloud of smoke. It was not in use. It was docked on its charger. We were able to unplug it and move it outside quickly where it burst into flames within about five minutes. We used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire, however, we do have a burn mark on our wood floors where the vacuum was docked.

The product, in the report: eufy by Anker RoboVac G32 Pro Robot Vacuum
Lithium battery of eufy by Anker RoboVac G32 Pro Robot Vacuum spontaneously exploded into a fire in my home. The vacuum was in its recharging station at the time. Luckily we were home at the time. Used fire extinguisher to douse flames, threw it out to front patio but flame recurred. Took another extinguisher to completely put out fire. Slight damage to home because we were home. Happened at 9:00 pm.

No one hurt Made Oct 9, 2023, sent to the company Oct 11, 2023, published by CPSC Oct 25, 2023
The product, in the report: It is an Eufy robovac 11S.
We have an Eufy robovac 11S that was purchased in May of 2023. I was in another room from where the robvac was charging. I heard something odd. It sounded like some books had fallen off a book shelf. Then a few minutes later, I saw white smoke at my feet. I went in to see the robvac had filled up the entire room with white smoke hovering at the floor.
I picked up the robvac on the edges and turned the power off. There was black sut on my hardwood floor.
I took it outside. I open the windows in the house as the smell was bad.
