The product, in the report: ePro Select Cordless Vacuum with 2 removable batteries.

On Sunday my husband attempted to use it but it wasnt working very well. Yesterday I cleaned it out and tried to turn it on. It wouldnt turn on with the battery it had in it, even though it said 99% full, so I switched to another battery. As soon as I turned it on a puff of smoke came from the battery. I saw a small spark so ran outside to get it out of the house. Once outside the flames started shooting out. I tried to tamp it out with no luck. I then sprayed it with a hose and it went out for a moment and then started back up. It then started sparking and shooting fragments of the battery! I thought I would wait it out but it just kept burning and shooting sparks. It burned for over 30 minutes and completely melted the top of the vacuum. I have also emailed the company but have not gotten a response. I have only owned this for one year
