No incident, no one hurt Made Oct 24, 2025, sent to the company Nov 14, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 1, 2025
The product, in the report: 5% Minoxidil Hair Regrowth Topical Solution with Rosemary. It is a liquid hair regrowth treatment sold on Amazon for men and women. The product comes in a bottle with a dropper applicator. The bottle does not have a child-resistant safety cap, even though it contains 5% Minoxidil, which can be toxic if swallowed by children.
I purchased a product from Amazon (link below) that contains 5% Minoxidil, which is a drug product regulated for external use and should include a child-resistant cap due to potential poisoning risk if ingested by children. However, the product I received does not have any child safety packaging. This poses a serious safety hazard for households with children. I believe this violates U.S. consumer safety and labeling requirements for drug products containing Minoxidil.

I am requesting an investigation and that this product be removed from Amazons marketplace until it complies with safety packaging standards.
