First aid Made Apr 22, 2023, sent to the company Apr 27, 2023, published by CPSC May 11, 2023
The product, in the report: 150 pieces wooden blocks in a round long cobtainer
My nephew and my son were playing with their toys. They grabbed the container to the wooden blocks. The container holding the wooden blocks which holds 150 pieces was emptied. They grabbed the round container and put it on my son’s head. My son couldn’t take it off and he was gasping for air. I had to act fast. I struggled to remove it from his head as he was gasping for air and he could not breathe. The container containing the wooden blocks has no warning sign about children putting this over their head causing suffocation or possibly even death if there’s nobody around to help.
