The product, in the report: A PYREX MIDSIZE CONTAINER

I bought a PYREX container, midsize, yesterday morning from a store in Long Island City. It was intended for a Meatloaf I had planned to cook for Sunday dinner. It was brand new, not cracked, dry, and ambient temperature. 20 minutes into the oven, conventional oven at 400 degrees, a thundering noice came from the oven. The recipiebt has exploded, chattered in thousands pieces of glass in the oven. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I cannot phanthom how these products continue to be sold. I hace cooked with old PYREX containers all my life. Never ever something like this has happened.
