The product, in the report: Packaging of Oral B Mint Superfloss
chemical burn to the eye from chemical fluid on exterior of inside plastic packaging. The packaging was never opened, the exterior box was. There was strong mint smell on the exterior of the unopened package. The chemical fluid transferred to the eye when I wiped a tear from my eye. I irrigated my eye with .9% saline for 10 minutes and it continued to burn. The packaging arrived undamaged from Amazon. Product was made in Ireland and had the following very faint batch legend: 6068791000 Exp 2030 02 09 - extremely faint and micro printed so as to be almost invisible. Photo preserved.
