The product, in the report: Norita Quick and Easy Tonkotsu Ramen Miso Pork Flavor
I purchased a container of Ramen Noodles in a bowl. I added water and put in the microwave. After a minute and a half it caught fire. Apparently the covering, which looks like paper, contains metal. The instructions do indicate to prepare by adding boiling water, but they do not say not to microwave. As there are many similar products that are microwaveable, I microwaved it.
