The product, in the report: Hempvana Ultra-Strength Pain Relief Cream with 4% Lidocaine contains lidocaine and as such for the safety of the public, such product must comply with the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.
The Hempvana Ultra-Strength Pain Relief Cream with 4% Lidocaine violates the Poison Prevention Packaging Act in that it does not have sufficient child resistant qualities in its packaging. Lack of compliance with the Poison Prevention Packaging Act causes a serious risk of ingestion of active ingredient (lidocaine) by infants and other children; therefore the product must be removed from the marketplace until such time as it possesses compliant packaging.
