The product, in the report: ODT med packs
ODT med Packs have no childproof seal or containers. As a co guardian for a family member with an intellectual disability, these packs were in a child accessible drawer. I had no idea these were unsafe to keep in a regular med drawer due to the lack of packaging so thank you to [REDACTED] for recalling their similar product voluntarily and doing the right thing for all US consumer families! Bravo.
