The product, in the report: Jermuk 16.9oz 10-pack glass water bottles and caps Model Natural Mineral Water
The consumer indicates that there were six water bottles remaining on the package. The consumer was sliding the package and when it lightly touched the pavement and her husband was bent down to pick one bottle up to drink, one of them exploded. The consumer’s husband was not injured because the package it came in is enclosed in a plastic wrapping. The consumer checked the packaging and there were no warning labels on it. 08/31/2021 – The consumer opened a water bottle and was shaken when it made a popping sound. Upon inspection, the consumer noticed that the caps are actually made of metal. The consumer is concerned for any glass bottles with metal caps because once the seal is broken and it makes a popping sound, it could injure a person. The consumer plans on keeping the product for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
