Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Made Sep 5, 2020, sent to the company Oct 6, 2020, published by CPSC Nov 10, 2020

The product, in the report: Soda Sense 60L CO2 Carbonator, Compatible with [REDACTED] Appliances, Cartridge Refill Set of 2 pcs Soda Sense

I purchased two sodasense canisters from amazon. One of them slammed my fingers into the base of the [REDACTED] device when I unscrewed it. I thought it was a fluke but when I saw the recall I realized it was defective. Before I received this recall, I sent the empty canister to sodasense. Please contact them to let them know that canister is defective. Please also refund me for my trouble and pain to my hand.
