First aid Made Apr 29, 2026, sent to the company May 4, 2026, published by CPSC May 18, 2026
The product, in the report: Pack of true living 1000 sheet bath tissue . 12 pack. Big rolls big value
To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting a formal safety complaint regarding True Living 1000 Sheet Bath Tissue labeled fragrance-free and dye-free.
The product I received has a strong floral or perfume odor even though it is labeled fragrance-free. This is not consistent with the packaging claims and may indicate mislabeling, contamination, or a manufacturing issue.
After using this product, both myself and my young daughter experienced physical irritation and discomfort in sensitive areas. Because of this reaction, we stopped using the product immediately after realizing theres a strong perfume order and odd coated texture on toilet paper.
Details of incident: Product: True Living 1000 Sheet Bath Tissue Purchase method: [REDACTED] delivery Date of purchase: 04 26 2026 Issue: Strong odor despite fragrance-free label and physical irritation Product retained: Yes, packaging and remaining product are available
I am requesting: 1 Investigation into whether this product is correctly labeled and safe for consumer use 2 Review of possible contamination or manufacturing defect 3 Information on whether similar complaints have been reported 4 Guidance on whether any corrective action or recall is being considered
Because this product was marketed for sensitive personal use and caused adverse physical effects, I am reporting this as a consumer safety concern.
Sincerely [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
