  1. Hurt, care not known

Made Jan 15, 2023, sent to the company Jan 19, 2023, published by CPSC Feb 2, 2023

The product, in the report: I went to the CVS Pharmacy located at [REDACTED] around mid December of 2022 and I purchased a package from the brand REGAL with four toilet paper rolls inside. Looks like the manufacturer is the GLOBAL TISSUE GROUP*****The package was not damaged, when I opened it and started to use the toilet papers I noticed that each one of them had a bad odor on them. I used them and I got skin irritation and urinary tract infection these signs disappeared when I stopped using those toilet papers. These toilet papers are wrapped in a plastic bag that has a blue color and the two ends of it are in transparent plastic and on it is written the word REGAL with a crown on top and proudly made in the USA and it is written that these toilet papers are septic safe...Please inspect ALL the toilet papers in the market, because most of them do have bad odors on them and are infecting us. Why is that in the American market most of the items are defective and or have bad odors, are not safe do not even write who is the manufacturer and their real address and a 1800 tel# for us to contact in case that we as consumers have any issues with the products sold out there?! ALSO WE NEED A PRODUCTION AND AN EXPIRATION DATE FOR EACH MOST OF THE PRODUCTS AND LOT # written clearly on the products too..Please raise the issue at the upper levels, we as consumers need for our items not to have any issues when they go out there for sale.

We are taking time from our busy lives to report all of these bad products. THANK YOU!
