The product, in the report: Tummy Ticklers Apple Juice w/ character toppers

My son was drinking from the Tummy Ticklers juice and started to cough a little, but did so repeatedly. I asked him if he was ok and noticed he had his finger in his mouth pretty deep. He said something was on his mouth. I told him to cough big and he did so and pulled out a small, round, soft plastic piece from his mouth. After inspecting his everything he was eating and drinking, I couldn’t figure out where this small object came from. Later on, I compared the lid he was drinking from as well as a different lid from the same type product. It was clear they looked different, and I now know the small circle piece is the spout from the inside making it “spill proof”. It was a “Woody” character lid and the larger size apple juice. I’ve saved both pieces in case you need them
