products from China which are being sold by Amazon.com is selling China Glass Etching cream to USA consumers. All four listings are for Glass Etching products which are being mis-labelled and mis-classified by Amazon.com allowing consumers to think they are purchasing safe non-toxic products. 1. All glass etching creams are subject to these regulations,[2] [3] [4] 2. The reason I care to report is because I own and manufacture Armour Etch for over 45 years. We have gone to great lengths to ensure we are compliant with federal laws and regulations for Etching Cream chemicals. When new illegitimate sellers pop up and are able to skirt the law of the Land Federally [2] [3] [4] as well as Amazon’s rules/regulations it provides unfair marketplace and illegitimate competition. Which ultimately results in unsafe products in the hands of consumers.
