My daughter (3 years old) picked up a bottle of bubble bath from a drugstore. She carried it to the counter, and after we paid for it, I noticed her hand was bleeding due to a piece of steel in the loop at the top of the bottle. The loop was a red ribbon ostensibly designed to hang the bottle.
