The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Two Contigo water bottles purchased from Costco in 2018
My 3-year-old son has used both Contigo water bottles for over a year. His daycare sent home his water bottle because the spout is close to breaking off. We evaluated the other water bottles in our home and noticed that we had another one with the same issue. I feel that if we hadn’t noticed this it could’ve broken off into my son’s mouth and become a choking hazard. I’m not sure the date that the spouts actually cracked. I have photos of the spouts that cracked.

My 19 month old son uses Contigo Kids water bottles. The ones we have had issues with do NOT have the black base under the spout, they are colored and not included in the recent recall but absolutely should be! The spouts connected to the colored bases have come off on multiple bottles and have been thrown away because I refuse to give my child something that is unsafe (Never knew about reporting things like this otherwise I would have kept them)
