  1. No one hurt

Made Oct 26, 2016, sent to the company Nov 3, 2016, published by CPSC Nov 28, 2016

The product, in the report: Walmart Better Homes and Gardens 2-Gallon Beverage Dispenser, mason-like jar with spout on the bottom.

The bottom of a glass Walmart Better Homes and Gardens 2-Gallon Beverage Dispenser fell off. I poured 1 1/2 gallons of room temperature tea into it and as I lifted it from the sink, the entire bottom of the mason-like jar detached into the sink just as I was relocating it to another part of the kitchen. I was not hurt but it could have been much worse in another circumstance. This was only my third time using the dispenser.
