The product, in the report: Simply Enjoy Teriyaki sauce

Bought a bottle of Simply Enjoy Teriyaki sauce from Stop & Shop in Edison, NJ. When I went to open the bottle, I got cut across the inside of my right thumb. It bled pretty well and I was REALLY upset, mainly because I didn’t know what caused it. 2 hours later, after I bandaged my thumb, I held the bottle up to the light and saw that a small piece of glass just came off and that’s what cut me. I thought something was wrong. The aide that comes to my house told me her mom bought the same product 2 weeks before I did and when she opened up the bottle, her palm got cut pretty badly. I KNEW there was a serious problem. I e-mailed CNN and told the local news in New Jersey about it. I also showed the bottle to the store manager at Stop & Shop and I called the distributor in Landover, Maryland and told them about it. They haven’t gotten back to me but the product is STILL being sold!

I don’t like being cut by products! Someone should look into this immediately and if there’s a problem, which there seems to be, then something should be done about it! Immediately!
