The product, in the report: KeaBabies glass jars (4oz.) and lids
I’ve been using the KeaBabies glass jars and plastic lids since 3/2025 to keep baby food in. The product indicates it is dishwasher safe, to be safe I always place the jars and lids on top rack, farther away from heating element. I opened my dishwasher today and one of the glass jars was in 2 pieces, caused by heat stress. The company indicated in an email that that is bound to happen if you place these in the dishwasher. The company seems to be aware of this issue with their product, as the company indicated in their email to me, doubly, I could have very easily sliced my hand or fingers taking this item out of the dishwasher. The jars have only been used for 5 months.
