Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 14, 2017, sent to the company Feb 28, 2018, published by CPSC Mar 21, 2018
The product, in the report: Glass mini-growler (~32oz beer container with built in glass handle)
I placed my first order with [REDACTED], a service that delivers beer to your door. The order contained one bottle and one mini-growler( a ~32oz glass bottle with a built in glass handle). The 2 glass containers were given to me in a cardboard carrier. When I removed the growler from the cardboard carrier to put it into the refrigerator, i felt a sharp bite on my finger. I looked and saw that the glass handle on the growler was chipped in half along the full length of the handle, and the handle was essentially a glass razor. Being dark brown glass, it was not easy to see this before attempting to pick it up. The growler was hand delivered to me in this sharp/broken state.
I contacted customer service at the company and sent a photo of my injury and the bottle but I never received a response.
