The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: The product is a rectangular glass dish which is part of a 10 piece set. Dimensions (Overall): 2.25 Inches (H) x 6.87 Inches (W) x 5.5 Inches (D)

I purchased Ello rectangular glass nesting storage containers for meal prep. They came in a 10 piece pack. On Saturday at 7:10pm I stacked the rectangular containers together and brought them into the kitchen to place in them in the dishwasher for an initial wash before using them. I separated them and started placing them into the dishwasher. I got to the last two containers and they seemed to be “stuck” together. I tugged on them and they separated but the top one shattered in my hand and made a 1 inch gash in my palm. Hundreds of large and small pieces scattered everywhere. I have tried to contact the company via phone and have gotten no where. The Ello number just hangs up on you. The LeapFrog parent company in Chicago just asks you to leave a message. I emailed them to file a warranty claim and included all relevant pictures, receipt etc.... and am being treated as if i let them overheat, freeze, etc...
