  1. No one hurt

Made Oct 30, 2016, sent to the company Nov 7, 2016, published by CPSC Nov 22, 2016

The product, in the report: Del Sol 3 gallon cold beverage dispenser with metal caddy, bar code on the box is 7-86460-07412, distributed by Home Essentials & Beyond, New York, NY 10001. The stand looks like antique brass, with wooden handles on each side so you can lift the stand with the glass beverage holder in it.

I had the beverage dispenser filled with ice water for a small party at my home. A four year old child used the dispenser to get a cup of water, and the dispenser spout broke out, along with a large piece of glass. Fortunately, the child was not cut by broken glass as ice water flooded out into his face, but that was sheer luck. My sister had washed the dispenser before we used it, and told me she thought the glass was pretty thin.
