Main safety concern - water bottle broke in two parts while drinking from it.
After filling the Cupanion Cold Water Bottle I heard crackling but did not investigate. In the middle of the night (dark, no light on) I began to drink from the bottle but stopped because first it was leaking and then it broke in two parts. I could have swallowed chards of material.
