The product, in the report: Perfume
SHEIN sent me an order of perfumes that were not packaged in anything more than a bag. All the glass perfume bottles arrived broken, causing minor injury when handling. I immediately reported issue to SHEIN, provided images and since then no resolution. No refund, no replacement. I was advised to return these broken glass perfume bottles however when I try to submit return request the site informs me these are not eligible for return.
