The product, in the report: Zevo Instant Action Spray Fly, Gnat & Fruit Fly
I recently purchased a bottle of Zevo Instant Action Spray Fly, Gnat & Fruit Fly (Product Identifier: 91816350_RET_NG) at my local Walmart store. This is the second time I have purchased this product. The spray mechanism does not work. I had to cut the container open and transfer the product into another spray container. This time when I transferred the chemical there was some excess which I poured into a clear plastic bottle. This bottle originally contained drinking water. I inadvertently ingested some of the product. This product is made by Procter & Gamble.
