Hurt, care not known Made Aug 25, 2026, sent to the company Aug 31, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 15, 2026
The product, in the report: Minoxidil 5% Hair Growth Serum with Biotin and Rosemary, blue paper box with a clear plastic spray bottle inside, net content 2.02 fl.oz / 60ML. Sold on Amazon under ASIN B0FPLWRD1Y.
I purchased Rylx 5% Minoxidil Hair Growth Serum (ASIN: B0FPLWRD1Y) on Amazon. After use, I put the cap on tightly and left it on the bathroom counter. A few minutes later, my young child easily pulled off the cap because the bottle has no child-resistant packaging or safety lock. The child started spraying the liquid and almost swallowed it. The chemical liquid caused redness and irritation on my child’s skin. 5% Minoxidil liquid poses a severe poisoning hazard to children and fails to comply with PPPA/CPSC child-resistant packaging safety rules.
