The product, in the report: Redkin 5th Avenue NYC
I was awaken at 5am by a loud explosion in bathroom next to our bedroom. I couldn’t find the cause of the noise till later in day. My wife found in a bathroom closet a Redken hair spray container with a 1 inch round hole in the side of the bottle. The explosion had severely dented a [REDACTED] bottle next to it. There was spray all over. The closet was room temperature. There were no injuries.

The product, in the report: Redken Guts 10.58oz can
I heard what sounded like a gunshot. When I went to search the source of the sound, I found an exploded can of Redken Guts. The can was stored with other similar hair products under the bathroom sink. Several other cans were damaged by the force of the explosion. I threw the can away so I can’t confirm serial #/lot # but I do have a picture which I have tried attaching to this report multiple times but the upload tool doesn’t appear to be working. If you want/need the picture, I can e-mail it.
