The product, in the report: REDKEN GUTS 10 SILVER CAN BLUE LETTERING

About 9:30 the evening of May 3, 2018 a very large explosion happened in my linen closet. This was the most frightening noise I have ever heard. Product from Redken Guts 10 had exploded in the closet causing the entire shelf to collapse and blew a hole in the dry wall of the linen closet I am so thankful no one was injured but the damage to my inside of my closet is significant

The product, in the report: Redken Guts 10 Volume Spray Foam [10.58oz] silver canister

I have attached photos of a canister of Redken Guts 10 Volume Spray Foam after it exploded. Before it exploded, the canister was being stored upright under the sink in my bathroom at room temperature (approximately 68?).

I was very fortunate in that the canister was in a closed cupboard when it exploded just after midnight. The noise immediately woke me from a sound sleep. The doors of the cupboard had been blown open and several items that I had stored under the sink had been blown out onto the floor. As is obvious from the remains of the canister, the canister itself had ruptured from the bottom with great force. If I had been standing in front of those doors when the canister exploded, I would have been seriously injured.

I found the largest pieces of the plastic cap on top of storage bins in the cupboard, but many small splinters of plastic were scattered over my bathroom. I believe the force of the explosion blew the canister upwards, slamming the cap into the bottom of the sink causing it to break apart.

The contents of the canister sprayed over the items in the cupboard and ran onto the floor. Small bits of the canister lining (a tan plastic-like material) were everywhere.

I do not have the lot number as it was obliterated in the explosion.
