The product, in the report: White plastic grocery bag with the name Mariano’s. Bag is approximately 12 x 14 (?)
Took grocery bag containing 6 1/2 pound can of crushed tomatoes out of trunk upon returning from grocery store. Took two steps, and plastic grocery bag ripped and can fell about 3 feet on to my left foot cutting open the great toe. My husband took me to the hospital as it appeared I needed stitches. I received three stitches and xrays confirmed fractured toe.
