The product, in the report: Essentials Scented 13 gal white kitchen bags with vanilla scent. It contains 35 bags. The QR code is 95464 25655.
On July 13, 2026, I opened a brand-new package of $1.50 (bar code 95464 25655 Essentials Scented Kitchen Bags Vanilla) from the from Dollar Tree. Immediately upon opening the retail packaging, the product emitted an extremely intense, volatile chemical odor and synthetic fragrance.
Within seconds of exposure to these chemical emissions and touching these bags, I suffered an acute, systemic allergic reaction and immediate respiratory distress. The reaction was so sudden and severe that I had to use my rescue [REDACTED] ready to stabilize my breathing and airways, just in case the other treatment did not work.
The intense chemical compounds used in the manufacturing or treatment of these bags pose an immediate, hidden respiratory and toxicological hazard to consumers, particularly those with chemical sensitivities or asthma.
