The product, in the report: Stephen Joseph LITTLE SQUIRTS - MONKEY SJ-1011-99 - Your price: $4.99/EA Our Little Squirts drink pouches are perfect for a quick drink on the go. Reusable, top rack dishwasher safe, freezable, and foldable Measures approximately 6.75” x 4.75” Holds approximately 10 ounces

I purchased a stephen joseph foldable water bottle at a retailer last month. The first time I used it, I noticed it leaking, then realized the smaller plastic circle on top of the dispenser was cracked. I contacted the company and they are sending a replacement top. However, upon seeing the recall today for the [REDACTED] water bottles, now realize it could have been a choking hazard. I was planning on using it for my 18-month old. I do not recall if there was an age restriction on the packaging. There is none mentioned on the website. I also have pictures of the cracked top.
