The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Good2Grow 100% juice collectible top

I was washing the spout top that comes on the Good2Grow character bottles and I thought there was mold in the top drinking spout and there was. We usually rinse these thoroughly bottom and top to prevent this from happening. But I used a [REDACTED] tot cup cleaning brush to get the mold. Then looking closer the “no spill” seal was not attached and was coming out. Had I not seen this and had given this to my 2 year old or 5 year old I believe it could have completely dislodged with them sucking juice or water from the bottle and become a choking hazard.
