The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Apr 25, 2026, sent to the company Apr 29, 2026, published by CPSC May 13, 2026

The product, in the report: It is a plastic water bottle from the company First Street but it is made by Niagra Water. Around the rim it was rough plastic. I checked the other bottles i have as well and they also have some sharp edges on them as well. I dont know what the next steps are but i do want this company to know that i hurt myself and was unable to use my hand fully for a few days.

While i was opening up a bottle of water it cut the inside of my hand. I reached out to the company still no response. My hand still hurts and every little thing i do it hurts so bad. This is not okay at all and i want a refund back from this company.
