The product, in the report: 24 oz reusable plastic water bottle
Copco Blue Clip N Go hydration bottle 24 ounce
There is a small plastic piece inside the flip top lid. This piece came off and went into the water bottle. I did not see it until it ended up in my mouth with a sip of water. I am worried this is a choking hazard especially for children. I contacted the company and they said I could mail in the product for a replacement. But am very concerned that this is a problem with the design and even with a new bottle the choking hazard will remain.
