  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 22, 2026, sent to the company Jan 28, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 13, 2026

The product, in the report: AMAZON LINK: amazon.com/dp/B0DZT5MHBC Name Minoxidil for Men and Women, Hair Growth Biotin Serum with Batana and Rosemary for Hair Beard Regrowth Treatments Extra Strength Hair Loss Solution, Clinically Proven to Regrow Thicker color: white size: 2 oz

    To CPSC,

I am reporting a severe safety hazard regarding a Minoxidil product (ASIN: B0DZT5MHBC) sold on Amazon.

This medication lacks FDA registration and fails to meet Child-Resistant Packaging (CRP) requirements under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. My child easily opened the bottle, leading to skin contact and accidental ingestion. This resulted in a medical emergency, hospitalization, and severe allergic reactions.

This non-compliant, unsafe product poses a lethal risk to children. I urge CPSC to remove this hazardous item from the market immediately to prevent further injuries.

  2. No one hurt

Made Jan 6, 2026, sent to the company Jan 8, 2026, published by CPSC Jan 23, 2026

The product, in the report: 5% Minoxidil Hair Regrowth Topical Solution with Rosemary. It is a liquid hair regrowth treatment sold on Amazon for men and women. The product comes in a bottle with a dropper applicator. The bottle does not have a child-resistant safety cap, even though it contains 5% Minoxidil, which can be toxic if swallowed by children.

I purchased a product from Amazon (link below) that contains 5% Minoxidil, which is a drug product regulated for external use and should include a child-resistant cap due to potential poisoning risk if ingested by children. However, the product I received does not have any child safety packaging. This poses a serious safety hazard for households with children. I believe this violates U.S. consumer safety and labeling requirements for drug products containing Minoxidil.

I am requesting an investigation and that this product be removed from Amazons marketplace until it complies with safety packaging standards.
