The product, in the report: sleep aid medication
The adult consumer, removed the plastic seal and was opening the medicine, when the neck of the bottle broke. She sustained a minor laceration to her right hand. She applied a bandage for Rx.
The consumer called the firm (Tel: 877-528-0420) and reported the matter to them. A rep. (name unknown) took her information and said that someone would call her back. The consumer asked if she could get an $8 refund for the product and the rep. said she did not know, but that someone would call her back. No time frame was mentioned.
The consumer’s injury could have been much worse.
