The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Venus razors, 14-pack.
I don’t know if your oversight includes packaging, but I’m hoping it does. Every time I open a product mounted against cardboard under a molded plastic cover, I have to bring out the heavy-duty scissors, spend twenty minutes creating an opening for the product to come out of, and most of the time I end up slashing my fingers several times on the cut edge of the plastic. Today’s incident involved a package of Venus razors and a two-pack of Oil of Olay, and now I’m wearing bandages on three fingers.
Obviously this is not a life-threatening flaw, but I’m tired of doing battle with thirty percent of the products I buy. Surely American ingenuity can give us a better alternative. This type of packaging should either include a workable back entrance through the cardboard (some have made attempts but I have yet to see an effective version) or be forbidden completely.
