UpwardBaby-Baby Bowls with Guaranteed Suction - 4 Piece Silicone Set with Spoon - UpwardBaby - for Babies Kids Toddlers - BPA Free - First Stage Self Feeding
On Friday, my husband myself and our five children were sat down for our family dinner. Are 13-month-old daughter was sat in her high chair next to me having her dinner. The silicone suction bowl I mentioned above was suctioned the the hair chair tray. she was able to remove the bowl from the tray. Holding the bowl she put her entire face into and when she too a brrath in, the bowl entirely suctioned to her face completely cutting off her airway. She was sat right next to me and I was watching her eat. I immediately jumped up and had to remove the suction of the bowl to her face. It took some Force to remove the suction the bowl was slippery from her food which made removing the bowl even harder. Luckily our daughter was okay as I saw it happen and removed the bowl immediately. This could have been fatal as there was little to no sound from the baby. This product is extremely dangerous and life-threatening due to suffocation. After we experienced that horrific event I further looked into the reviews on Amazon where I purchased the item on April 16th 2021 I found another review where a consumer describes a very similar experience. I would greatly appreciate some assistance in regards to addressing the dangers of these bowls designed for babies. I consider ourselves extremely lucky, apart from us all being terrified from the incident our baby daughter is okay.
