    I AM A 73 YEAR OLD CONSUMER AND LAST WEEK I PURCHASE A 64 OZ CONTAINER OF TROPICANA ORANGE JUICE AT A PRICERITE STORE IN BUFFALO, NY I THEN LATER TRIED TO OPEN THE CONTAINER WITH A PLASTIC PULL TAB AND IT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO OPEN THAT IT SLICED MY RIGHT INDEX FINGER AT THE TOP JOINT AND THE TAB EVEN BROKE AT THE END CAUSING IT IT TO CUT DEEPER INTO MY FINGER. SINCE THEN I BEEN CHANGING THE [REDACTED] AND USING ICE TO STOP THE PAIN, HOWEVER IT CONTINUES TO BE SOAR AND IT KEEPS ON THROBING WITH PAIN AND IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE. I PLAN ON GOING TO THE HOSPTIAL ON MONDY TO GET AN X-RAY. I THEN TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY NUMEROIUS TIMES. I EVEN SENT A COMPLAINT TO THEIR WEBSITES ALONG WITH PICTURES. AFTER WAITINF SEVERAL DAYS AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS PHONES NUMBERS-[REDACTED]800-237-7799 AND STILL NO CALL BACK. THEN ON FRIDATREPONCE. I DECIDED TO [REDACTED] IF THEIR WERE ANYMORE COMPLAINTS WITH THEIR PULL TAB AND THERE HAS BEEN MANY AND TROPICANA REFUSES TO CHANGE THEIR TAB TO A SCREW TOP. THEN ON 02/13/2026 [REDACTED] I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR CONSUMER CARE. I ADVISE TO HER WHAT HAPPEN AND HOW BAD THE CUT WAQS AND I ALSO STATED THAT I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND SENT A COMPALINT WITH PICTURE AND SHE STATED SHE NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I THE STATED MY COMPALINT AND RIGHT AWAY SHE SAID WE WILL SEND YOU COUPONS. I ATED YOU GORT TO BE KIDDING AND I ASK HER TO SEND ME HER EMAIL SHOW ALL OF MY PICTURES ANDS ALSO STATED TO HER THAT THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN . SHE STATED SHE WOULD SEND AN EMAIL. HOWEVER AFTER WAITIN HOURS TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL AND MORE NUMEROUS CALLA STATIN WHERE IS THE EMAIL, SHE THEN REFUSE TO COMPLY
