The product, in the report: Orange bottle, between 1.5 and 2 inches in diameter, necks down slightly at top, large white lid slightly smaller in diameter than bottle. Top of lid is marked with “TO OPEN PUSH DOWN & TURN” with an arrow pointing counterclockwise on either side of the text at the 12 o’clock position, and “CLOSE TIGHTLY” with an arrow pointing counter clockwise on each side of the text at the 6 o’clock position. Lid is split into an outer ring (which is marked with the text), and an inner disk. Bottom of bottle is marked with a logo consisting of a capitol “C” and “Rx” with the “R” inside the “C” and the “x” outside of the “C”
I received a pill bottle from safeway pharmacy through a prescription in a bottle without a lid that is child safe. The lid can be opened by pushing down and turning, as instructed on the lid, by pulling up and turning, or without pushing or pulling when not tightened extra firmly. The bottle is unlikely to prevent a young child from opening it.
