The product, in the report: Purex laundry soap Linens and lilies 75floz
Purex laundry soap cap broke in my SUV. I called Purex around the end of March and told them that the cap on their product was not thick enough and that almost the entire bottle spilled in my new vehicle. They advised to get estimates to have the car cleaned and they would pay for it. We took our SUV to a detail automobile shop near our house they sent an estimated $199.00 to clean and suck the laundry soap out of the carpet. I then sent it to Purex I advised I have asthma and the smell was really bothering me and I needed this taken care of as quickly as possible. The smell for the detergent is really bothering me. When other people get in my car it is always commented about the smell. I have been using my inhaler much more frequently. I have looked at other laundry soap caps and they are designed much thicker and flat, unlike Purex. I have done everything they have asked me to do and still waiting.
