  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Jun 3, 2023, sent to the company Jun 6, 2023, published by CPSC Jun 21, 2023

The product, in the report: Power XL DUP Nutrisealer and the Duo Nutrisealer Vacuum Container Small/Large PowerXL Vacuum Sealing Containers. Only one color for both Sizes: Space-saving 1.16 and 2.32-quart sealed storage containers Website: https://powerxlproducts.com/parts_and_accessories/duo_nutrisealer_vacuum_food_containers_large_small_2_pack

The powerxl vacuum sealable containers imploded inside the refrigerator. I have two sizes, small and medium. Both had fresh grated cheese that were properly sealed by the powerxl vacuum sealer VTA without sealer cap. The container have been used before with issue. Items were purchased in Feb’ 2023, just over 90 day warranty of these were purchased separately. These were purchased as a package deal which comes with a one year warranty as a component. Page 15 details warranty within the owners manual.

I’ve used both maybe three times since purchase. All the vacuumed sealed items have been placed inside the refrigerator and not the freezer. Thankfully this was shredded cheese and no raw meat that could have contaminated all other food in the refrigerator when it imploded. Received a minor cut when picking up storage container without knowing the bottom of the container was imploded and my finger received a minor cut from the sharp plastic edge that was created when it fractured.
